Sending your files.

Please send your print files as PDFs where possible. This helps preserve page layout and fonts. Questions about your file? Add them to your request and we’ll take a look with you.

What should you include?

• Your file and the number of copies you need.
• The size, colour or black and white, and single- or double-sided printing.
• Your paper and finishing preferences, if you know them already.
• Your preferred date and whether you’d like collection or delivery.
• Your name and email address for the confirmation.

File types and sizes

You can add PDF, JPG, PNG and TIFF files on the website. Up to 20 MB per file, 10 files per request and 100 MB in total. Files are only sent when you confirm the request.

Larger files or another file type?

Use our WeTransfer page and include your email address and a description of your order. You can also email files under 15 MB directly to info@printrs.nl.
